Cancellation Policy
Your business is very important to us and your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When canceling or rescheduling an appointment, I require at least a 48hrs notice. Appointments rescheduled/canceled inside of the 48hr policy will be billed at 25% of the appointment service cost and must be paid before rescheduling. All missed/no-show or same-day cancelations will be billed at 50% and must be paid before rescheduling. After 3 missed/no-show appointments I will no longer accept you as a client. I understand life happens! We will use our discretion as to when it is appropriate to waive our cancellation policy regarding emergencies. I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
